Dead Illusion

As bullets fly and children cry.
There are no answers for the questions why.
No one knows, no one cares.
Fists swing as the music blares.
Everyone screams as death the fills air.
Does this seem right? Is this fair?

We're all trapped inside the dead illusion.
Surrounded by the mass confusion.
Shouts of anger as fear consumes.
Panic spreads, as death seems to loom.

Suicide seems to be the only escape.
We all begin to bleed as windows break.
The world turns into a pasture of death.
One by one, all losing our breath.
Blood falls from the sky as the truth settles in.
We all seem to believe that this is the end.

We're all trapped inside the dead illusion.

Panic spreads as death seems to loom.

Diease plagues the ground.
Bodies quickly being found.
People on the knees pleading for one last chance.
Evil smiles surpass at first glance.
I guess our gods failed us cause now we're gone.
No more chances to finally move on.
