I can feel the ice beginning to melt.
Trying to forget all the pain I have felt.
Darkness fills the hole where my heart used to be.
Trying to forget all the things you did to me.
The sorrow, it swallows me whole.
Trying to forget what you did to my soul.
All the blood I lost and all the tears I shed.
Trying to forget all the reasons I bled.
Living in depression, toying with suicide.
Trying to forget why my feelings died.
Left to rot and laid to waste.
Trying to forget the horrible taste.
Angry and hateful thoughts fill my head.
Trying to forget all the lies I was feed.
Looking at my name etched in stone.
Trying to forget that I died alone.
Looking at you in complete disgust.
Trying to forget you, now I must.
Take it all back, I wish you would.
Trying to forget, I wish I could.
